Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Due to the nature of the items (hair accessories), ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not accept returns or exchanges of these items. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at info@ryanchloee.com. Please include your order number and with photos if applicable and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Orders can be cancelled up until the time they have been fulfilled (if you received shipping information, the order has already been fulfilled). 

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
All sales are final, but if there is an issue with your order please contact us at info@ryanchloee.com immediately (with photos if applicable) and we will rectify the situation (possible refund, exchange of new item, etc.)
